The SUSI Rankings are plainly the most reliable when determining the rankings for the best schools in Scarborough, in our informed opinion. This city generally has elementary schools that rank about average compared to the rest of the schools in Ontario (comparing EQAO pass-rates), faring especially well in the north. There are 123 public, rank-able elementary schools in Scarborough, with 51 of them being in the Scarborough North region (above the 401), and 72 of them located in the Scarborough South area (below the 401). Our recommendations are based on: the Rankings, the neighbourhood, any “news” we might have heard about the school, and also the rankings of the future middle and high schools for the district.
For Scarborough North public elementary schools (regular-track) in 2020, we have eighteen Premium, seven Alternate, and six Tertiary Recommendations, as well as 20 schools that we are not currently recommending.
For Scarborough South public elementary schools (regular-track) in 2020, we have twelve Premium, five Alternate, and six Tertiary Recommendations, as well as 48 schools that we are not currently recommending.

Our EQAO calculations, Teacher Support rankings, and Diversity numbers, however, are still available for most Scarborough public elementary schools, and a list of these schools can be found above.
